Ever since I started taking them seriously, my hobbies have become a major and important part of my life that I feel I absolutely have to make time for - no matter how busy I get. I have good reasons for why I feel that way and firmly believe everyone should practice a hobby they can enjoy that takes their mind off of work. As far as I'm concerned, my physical activities influence my health, my state of mind, mood, energy levels and my ability to be creative at work. So I've decided it's only right I talk a little bit about them and why I see things that way. Hopefully this will inspire you to make time for something yourself.
