Meade 519th MP -- Honorably Discharged as E-5     The 2016 “Korea Cold War Veterans” Reunion was held in August 2016 in Pigeon Forge Tennessee.  The Organization committee consisted of one of my personal hero’s Patrick “Manchu” Anderson and me. Both of us were 2nd Division soldiers and we felt unknown or forgotten.  One day Patrick and I quit feeling sorry for ourselves and decided to focus on those soldiers who were more forgotten than ourselves.  Mr. Anderson and I wanted a Reunion where even the most forgotten of veterans who served in Korea would have a place they could call home, if just for a moment.  Our oldest veteran was served in I-Corp and blasted the rocks that made the roads everyone else rode on, how cool was that!  I believe Patrick and I achieved our mission.  Without Mr. Anderson’s guidance and assistance the 2016 KCWV reunion would not have been the Victory it was.    During the Cold War1960's - 1980's, America slept not knowing the dangers that all of our  military faced on on a daily tour of their enlistment. Whether it be in the Navy, Air Force Marines or US Army. Chris served during the Cold War and sees all as one and he decided to do a Korean and Cold War Reunion just to to get his fellow Korean Veteran's and Cold War brothers and sister together to show his love and his respect to all.

Only an armistice was signed. US Troops still had to deal with sabotage, assassins, espionage and ambushes by teh North. Even with the start and finsh of the Vietnam War, US Troops still kept their presence on the DMZ of South Korea.

I am old school, but my best times were during the holidays. Family get togethers, the cooking mom did and sisters helping out. Cousins coming over and showing off each others gifts to each other.

What have you done to educate yourselef and your family about the dangers from other nations besides other Arab Nations. Our beautiful nation and our beatuiful people don't take to kindly to other nations trying to invade our soil, so "America I say We Need To Wake Up". The mind set is changing towards each other and we are changing history becase of what had happen in the past. Replacing school names, buildings etc... By this, what are we going to do to each other?    

Tune in on Saturday April 23, 2016 at 11:00 am CST What is a virus, the origins of viruses are unclear, some may have envolved from plasmids-pieces of DNA that can move between cells- while others may have evolved from bacteria. Virus consist of two or three parts; Gene, DNA and RNA 1. Gene- is a locus  (or origin) of DNA that encodes a functional RNA or protein product, and is the mole cular unit of hereditary. 2. DNA (Dexoyribonucleic acid) is a molecule that carries most of the genetic instructions used in growth,development.functioning and reproduction of all living organisms and many viruses. 3. RNZ (Ribonule acid) is a polymeric molecule implicated in various biological roles in coding,decoding,regulation and expression of genes.  

With ISIS taking the head lines in the news, have you been keeping up on the actions that China, Russia and North Korea. These countries have more of a dangerous outcome that ISIS. How does the US and other nations respond to their actions.

Things are happing so fast, we need to sit back and look at the events as they are or can turn out to be! International events that are effecting the USA, China on the Market, North Korea claims about having a Hydrogen Bomb, Iraq and Afgahistan. Sports... Playoff's in Football, did your team win?

Over the years families have started a new family tradition or continue the old. Let's here and talk about the traditions you have or started or don't want!

With many fears from those who want to harm Americans and the different wars going on, how are we making this a safer place for our children? Just a week ago there was a mass shooting in San Bernidino, CA. The husband and wife did the killing of 14 innocent people, because the wife was a supporter of ISIS! How can we defend and protect ourselves? We also need to look at our economy, and why is it all of the sudden NASA are finding new planets? Are they getting ready to ship humans to start up a new colony on those planets?

America was once a Powerful Country, but lately our military forces have been slowly reduced and having to respond to other hot spots. The brains behind this is a not a military mind but of a politician!  Vienam shoud have taught the politicians to stay out of military thinking, but sorry to say it has not!

It does not matter who is running for President, they all have one thing in common..how will they benefit in the rewards! Americans seek for help in our own country, and all politicians feed off our needs and wants to satify thier own agenda! How do you see the elections, are you in favor or your not sure? Military depleated and now have to call up IRR (Inactive Ready Reserve). Why not just call up the Militias?

Ms Tena Olson will give us information on what we need to know and understand why the Veterans are used as Pawns by our politicians. The VA Hospital will layoff and shut down some facilities. 1/3 of Veterans die before they are giving their benefits. GOP vows investigationon this report... Sounds like the Veterans are always getting the short end of the stick! Why is it always the Veterans that get put on the cutting block for the benefits or lack of getting the benefits! But they are quick to send them to war, while they get their high pay and living like stuff pigs!  

Many crazy things going on around the world, Americans are pulling each other to fight for what they think is right for them! With the dangers that face America, like ISIS, Russia, North Korea and Iran. Not to mention other Countries who are planning to rule the world! But we Americans worrie about who gets married to who, or that policeman killed that boy or all of these other groups that have hatred to differnt colors in the America and the World. I am not saying some or non are justified, just saying we need to pull are heads out of our asses and look to what is "Real".  

As our males return from the hostel areas in the world, we tend to forget that our mothers,aunts,sisters,cousins and friends wore the same uniforms and faced some of it's horrors in those hostel zones.
