Mari Ullrick | Founder of Foiled Cupcakes & Adaptily
Mari Ullrick is the Founder of Foiled Cupakes, which sells cupcakes online with no storefront. She also recently launched Adaptily. Adaptily is a site that supports parents going through a change in their traditional nuclear family status. Mari has been a great friend of mine for about ten years. She's always down to hear a crazy business idea and she'll usually volley with an idea or two of her own. She's started several businesses, but this episode is more personal than business. Andrew Wicklander | Founder of Tula Software
Andrew is a good friend of mine who I've known for a decade. I've seen him start a half dozen businesses and watched him grow as a person and as an entrepreneur. We've had long conversations about business, parenting, politics and whether we are currently living in a simulation. We've hatched both terrible ideas and the occasional good one. Andrew's current company, Tula Software, is one of those good ideas. It's been a ton of fun watching Tula grow into the success that it is and I couldn't be happier for Andrew. We cover a lot of ground in this episode and talk about commitment, conflict, creating products, how work is evolving and a bunch more. You can always count on Andrew for well thought out perspectives that are unconventional, yet eloquent. This episode is no different.
