If you like what you hear, please make sure to subscribe for further episodes. Good Morning. My name is Bruce Murray and I am the Broker/Owner of Sutton City Realty here on the Danforth. I've been in the industry, believe it or not, for more than 30 years and it has been an absolutely great career. I've loved getting up every morning, coming in and seeing what the day has to offer. It's super rewarding, not just the money but the satisfaction. I've always said, and it's true, we get really well paid for making people happy. A few days are dull but every day brings a brand new challenge, a brand new bit of excitement. I've spent most of my career in Riverdale, right off the Danforth. Riverdale has everything. First of all it is a neighbourhood and that makes it unique to a lot of places were people live. This is a real neighbourhood. We've got everything here. If you don't feel like cooking one night, we have over 100 restaurants you can choose from within a very few blocks. We've got transportation. We’ve got cars that can get to the Don Valley Parkway, the Gardiner and the 401. Everything is accessible. We've got subways. We've got street cars & buses, the whole thing. We've got excellent schools, and they are all within a few blocks. People actually move to the area because of the schools. So we've got a great deal going for us here and it's great fun. I've lived here for over 25 years myself so it kind of attests to what I believe in. As well as Riverdale, to the north of us we've got East York. Now East York really came into being just after the 2nd World War. Now a lot of the bungalows were built in the 40's and 50's. There are nice big lots usually 35 by 100 that sort of thing. They are solid brick, they are built like rock, they are tremendous. The biggest thing about them though is a lot of people who have been commuting for years and years from Pickering, from Oakville and all the places outside of the immediate GTA, are suddenly realizing with the price of fuel and the time it takes that "Hey may
