Our guest is Jaimie Stoltzfus, the founder of both Cowgirl Meat Co, and Spurring Change equine therapy -- both in Montana. Jaimie is a rancher, a mom, and a recent "convert" to being a bit of a prepper, but on her own terms. Jaimie is also a wildfire survivor, and regularly braves extreme winter conditions.
