He was in his home when two teenagers broke in. He shot them both as they came down the stairs to the basement. Was he in his right to protect his home? In this episode, we discuss the murderer Robert Lyons. He was diagnosed with Bi-polar disorder early in his life and always struggled with it. After an argument with his mother, he asked her if he could go see Avril Lavigne in concert. When his mother said no, he snapped and murdered her. Did he want to kill her or was he having a Bi-polar episode? Then we discuss Puppies Behind Bars, a great charity that provides inmates with dogs to train into service animals. This charity connects with children’s hospitals to make sure the time kids have to spend in the hospital is a fun as it can be. By providing gaming systems and games to hospitals, they give kids something to do and something to take their minds off of why they are in the hospital. Then they talk about Mona Fandey, a former pop singer turned shaman. Her and her husband and their assistant brutally murdered a politician looking for help. Then they dismembered his body and buried him in a storeroom. They were all later found guilty and sentenced to death by hanging. First is the Disabled American Veterans, DAV, this organization takes on the responsibility of going to law makers. They want to make sure every disabled veteran is taken care of, even if they can not reach them directly. DAV has been fighting for veterans since WWI and they don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Then we talk about the Gary Sinise Foundation. Gary Sinise has used his fame to help those in need. After portraying Lt.Dan in Forest Gump, he felt compelled to do what he could to help real disabled veterans. In the first episode Brandy talks about the case of Juliet Hulme and Pauline Parker from New Zealand. They teamed up to commit murder in order to never be separated. Michael tells the heart warming story about Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. They are doing everything they can to make sure no child ever suffers.
