We have a first on the show today - a dual interview! I sat down with Rick and Kristen Markoski, founders of Markoski Fitness. Kristen and Rick are a husband and wife power couple who found each other through fitness and have been on the journey to learn and grow as personal trainers together. Kristen’s background is in pole fitness (which we discuss in the show), but she quickly fell in love with lifting once Rick introduced her to his style of exercise. The two have a strong desire to help others reach their goals and find their own love for health and fitness in their home state of West Virginia.

Dr. Booker was an all-state running and corner back at Louisville Male High School before continuing his football career at Thomas Moore College. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, one of the top pharmacy schools in the world. He currently competes in olympic weightlifting at the local, state, and national level, in addition to being an owner of Blackbird Barbell Club in Louisville, KY. He is also a professional natural bodybuilder, earning his NGA Natural Bodybuilding pro card in 2016. He takes pride in being an online fitness coach over the past couple years to teach people how to use fitness to enhance their life, not be their life.
