EP82: Luteal phase rants
Dr. Natalie Underberg is a Functional Medicine Practitioner and the founder of The PCOS Doc. With a doctorate of Chiropractic and advanced training through the Institute of Functional Medicine, Natalie is a leader in the women’s health space. She has helped hundreds of women reverse the symptoms of their PCOS and get pregnant naturally through her group program, The PCOS Collective, and her 1 on 1 tailored holistic approach.   Between a diagnosis of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), chronic respiratory symptoms, and chronic fatigue for most of her life, Dr. Natalie is no stranger to health challenges. Throughout these trials, she sought treatment from dozens of doctors, who never seemed to give her concrete answers to what was really causing her to feel the terrible way she was. The frustration of not being heard by her doctors has led her to pursue a career in Functional Medicine and to truly listen to the concerns of her patients.  Since then she has made it her life mission to educate, empower, and advocate for women who also struggle with PCOS and the myriad of effects it can have on one’s life. Join us as we rant away (#lutealphaseproblems) + also chat up our friend Nicole Jardim (who is also a period wizard)  Follow Natalie on IG: @the.pcos.doc + you can find her website at https://www.pcosdoc.com/blog

EP72: You are never too much + always enough
This conversation blew me out of the water and is one of the most favorite episodes I have recorded and I think I made a friend for life in Brenna Davey.  Brenna and I connected through the good old powers of the internet and I went out on a limb and asked her to chat on the podcast because she seemed like an interesting human. This conversation has encompassed so accurately many of my views and core beliefs.
