Hi. So, this is a weird one. I am going to fend off any criticism early doors. WE KNOW this is a bit of a departure to the kind of thing we normally discuss but hey, it's about a fucking witch, so give us a break. Also, the film is an offbeat delight. Treat yourself!

This week, we are absolutely delighted to be joined by the writer/executive producer of arguably the biggest horror success story of 2020, Shudder's amazing HOST...

The film? TEEN WITCH!

Back to 1989 this time for a film conceived as the female Teen Wolf. A film that flopped horribly on its release and is now finding a second life as a cult classic. It's a film neither Andy or Mitch had ever seen. It's a corker. See it and be bewitched!

The synopsis is as follows:

High-school nerd Louise Miller (Robyn Lively) learns from psychic Madame Serena (Zelda Rubinstein) that she's possessed with magical abilities that will begin working on her 16th birthday. When the prophecy proves true, the teenager uses her new powers to get what she's always desired: popularity. After getting back at some bullies, the young witch casts a spell over hunky jock Brad Powell (Dan Gauthier) but Louise soon learns that getting what you want isn't all it's cracked up to be.
