1. Follow Your Passion
I originally shared this video on National Stress Awareness day. It also would have been my father’s 65th birthday. The reason that I needed to start these conversations about stress, was because my father was the type of person that took care of everyone else but himself. Stress, unfortunately, contributed to him not eating well, decompressing in front of the TV daily, and not exercising. It’s my goal to get my message out to the masses, that if we create fun solutions, and make sustainable, behavioral changes, the world is our oyster. Maia Reed met my father, and he really thought she was something special, had great energy, and just a positive influence in my life. And I am so thrilled to have her on my first episode with me. Maia is sharing with us what got her into sustainability, her journey in following her passions, and dealing with stress by doing simple actions each day.
