Putting out "fires" vs" Walking through "fire"
A lot of entrepreneurs talk about how they constantly "put out fires" all day long. Last week it occured to me in a meeting with my team that often times to accomplish your goals you need to walk through fire to get there. As I continue to mature in this process of building Charity Charge I now try to focus on the goal and let "fires" not be distractions. Usually "fires" are issues that pop up can be addressed after the fact. For too long I would focus on the minutiae. What do you think?
