I dropped out of high school after having my oldest son early, then I went back to get my diploma . I then enrolled in business school. While studying business, I worked 7 1/2 years doing auto claims for an Insurance company. After learning lots of great knowledge, I then decided to leave after watching how they where basically eliminating claim jobs and turning them into a call centers. Being overworked and burned out, I turned into my teenage passion and went to school for barbering, right after my father passed away.One of the main reason for me starting my CM company was being a barber and going to trade shows. I started to see how hair and product company’s would make products and mass produce them. They would get the barbers and stylist to test it out and basically market for them on their social media channels and most times, give them nothing in return. So I said from that moment, I would build my own lifestyle company starting with beard oil and moisturizes. Once I launched those items, I launched apparel as well.

Joe is a tech entrepreneur with the Mission to Build a Better World through Technology and Innovation. In 2021, he founded Emergency Ventures, a startup building technology to save lives in natural disasters. In 2015, Joe founded South Florida Tech Hub, a nonprofit tech association Building South Florida's Tech Hub. Since its founding as the Palm Beach Tech Association, Joe led the organization to attract over 200 corporate members and over 10,000 professionals to their community, with an annual budget over $300,000 and 5 FTE's. In 2018, Joe co-founded 1909, a nonprofit to support entrepreneurs throughout the Palm Beaches by partnering with the FAU Adams Center for Entrepreneurship and with $350,000 in support from the Knight Foundation and four (4) local Cities. Originally established in 2016 as Downtown West Palm Beach its first coworking space raising $150,000+ from the Knight Foundation, City of West Palm Beach, and private donors. Since 2013, Joe has also served on the academic Advisory Boards for FAU, FIU, PBSC, and local School Districts. In addition to Economic Development Taskforces, Chamber of Commerce Councils, and several nonprofit boards and committees. Moved to and grew up in Miami, came to school at USF, Got a degree in Marketing and another in Management Information Systems. Graduated school as one of USF's 25 under 25. Worked for Macys Executive Development Program for two years, quit moved in with my first client and 8 months later we had a six figure business. Been doing online marketing for the past 5 years. Now I live in a van as I tour the US.

Having always been an avid baker and foodie. Diagnosed with celiac disease 20 years ago, which has driven her to practice in baking with non-traditional ingredients. Darla's personal belief is that "healthy" food should still taste good! No Guilt Baking was born. Retired RN with a Masters in Nursing and Education. She became ill in 2009 with transverse myelitis which ended the career path she was on (PHD student). She was confined to a wheelchair for many years after. Over 2 years ago Darla and her husband embarked on a low carb adventure to help him control his Type II Diabetes. They never dreamed she would experience the improvements they have. The wheelchair has been officially retired! She may never regain 100% function, but is grateful to have experienced the gains made. Now she wants to help others be successful at improving their health!
