Episode 4 Framework Part II
God works with His creation to accomplish His will and purposes. This is the case with humanity, and it has also been the case within His divine creation in the heavenly realm. By understanding how God has worked throughout history in both the divine and human realms provides a framework for a Christian worldview. God works by commissioning those He calls, and that calling is accompanied by His delegated authority. In this episode we look at what creatures make up God's divinely created beings as revealed in the Old Testament, and discuss the context of of how Elohim, the Hebrew work for god, is used. God's delegated authority aligns with His will and purposes, and is solely based on His choosing, so that grace and forgiveness flow freely, and the believer can live in unquestioned victory.

Worldview Framework Part I
In this two-part series we will be looking at a framework, encompassing the Old and New Testaments, that will help us understand the Christian World View as it relates to our identity, status, calling, and destiny. The broader context encompasses the cosmic struggle between God and the spiritual forces of wickedness, and will touch on some difficult and controversial passages in the Old Testament. In this episode we will be taking a look at our identity in Christ as children and sons of God, and how that relates to our status before God. Instead of living as homeless orphans devoid of love, Christians have been brought into the very family of God with all the accompanying rights and privileges. There is, however, spiritual warfare aimed at keeping believers living ineffective and defeated lives rather than living in the victory won at the cross.

Defining Spiritual Formation from 10,000 Feet
Spiritual formation is a broad and deep subject, and it is also simple and complex. In this episode the character of God and mainly His holiness is the aim of spiritual formation, as seen in the life of Jesus Christ. The ability to live holy lives is not based on self-effort, or self-determination, but on the power of God in the life of the believer. This power is seen in both the vertical and horizontal planes of the believer’s life in relation to his or her relationship with God and mankind. The horizontal line relates to life with families, friends, school, work, and society at large, and culture and cultural values plays an important part influencing perspective, and due to this it is important to be grounded in a Christian Worldview.
