Episode #9: Be Like the Queen Mary II
What the heck does a massive luxury ship have to do with operating as a Soul Mama in the modern world? Everything. In today’s Soul Lab podcast episode, I am going to share with you what we can learn from this massive ship from an Indian guru! (I will also say, that I made a small blunder in the recording of this episode. I referred to the ship as the Queen ELIZABETH II….I guess that was my subconscious really telling us that I’d rather be a queen than a massive ship, but the message remains the same!) When we operate in life as the QMII, we operate in a VERY different space in life when things get a little “stormy.” And, just like the QMII, we must equip ourselves with some “technology” in our inner-most being in order to be able to operate in this space.

No matter what it is that you have going on, I’m pretty sure, being a woman in the modern world, you have these moments daily. Your mind swirls with thoughts to figure out solutions to problems or challenges. This Soul Lab podcast episode was spurred by a discussion that came up in a women's group I am part of as I explained my process to overcoming these mind-boggling times and the "phrase that pays" popped up!

Episode #7: The Trains I Missed
As Soul Mamas, it’s our job to find a new perspective. To stare pain in the face and experimenting with a new way of looking at it. The new perspective was triggered by a beautiful song by a local singer/songwriter here in Austin, Walt Wilkins. Here's what I learned in the painful moment the song showed up in my life and how this perspective may support you in those lonely moments that hit you from time to time.
