An impromptu video as I reflect on 4 decades around the Sun in this lifetime at this time and space. Today I feel a genuine sense of CONTENTMENT. So over the last month I've been reflecting on what it means to be CONTENT, and I've come up with 10 things:1 - Being content doesn’t mean you don’t have desires or goals, doesn’t mean there’s nothing you want to achieve2 - Being content doesn’t mean you settle for less, but you also acknowledge the level of abundance you’re in3 - Being content doesn’t mean you’re “happy” and “joyful” all the time4 - Being content means you prioritize your peace over being right or over your worries5 - Being content doesn’t mean there’s nothing else to learn or experience6 - Being content MAY only be possible once you’ve lived a lot or had a life full of experiences, but it doesn’t have to be that way7 - Being content means you appreciate the “small big” “ordinary extraordinary” things in life8 - Being content may mean you have no regrets and even if you do you are working on it but from a place of wholeness and love9 - Being content means if today was your last day on Earth you would just be right where you are. 10 - Being content also brings a high level of detachment and trustHow about you? In this episode I talk about how the expansion of consciousness of Mother Earth, also referred to as 5D Ascension, can affect our physical human body.Basically, our bodies are updating from carbon DNA to crystalline DNA. And we can look at it in two ways: in the far future we will have a physical body and a physical experience but it will be less dense than what it is currently, and we will have that 12-strand crystalline DNA. And the other way we can look at it is: NOW as we are in this moment, in this body.
