Here I interview Dr. Stefan Carpenter, a professor in the Ecology & Environmental Studies Department at Florida Gulf Coast University.  He's a specialist in Environmental Studies, Environmental Law, Regional Environmental Studies and Wildlife Policy and Management.  I'm very grateful to Dr. Carpenter for being able to spend some time with us to give people an overview of Human-Wildlife Conflict and policy -- both in the United States and around the world.  We also delve into some of the challenges from an economic policy standpoint when it comes to Human-Wildlife conflict.  We discover that economics is one of the biggest obstacles to caring for the environment and wildlife.
