I Am Beautiful and I Am Here | Calming Anxiety Through Soft Spoken Meandering

Sometimes I just want to calm my anxiety. But I have also learned to step through it. I can continue walking on the creative path. After I feel a rhythm of my steps I can look back at that anxiety. I see it as a doorway – an opening to where I am now. So here I am learning how to stay out of my way – how to stop the circling in my mind. And this all feels so calming to me.
