Sometimes I just want to calm my anxiety. But I have also learned to step through it. I can continue walking on the creative path. After I feel a rhythm of my steps I can look back at that anxiety. I see it as a doorway – an opening to where I am now. So here I am learning how to stay out of my way – how to stop the circling in my mind. And this all feels so calming to me. A Bowl Full of Well-Being
I have an imaginary bowl. I fill it full of good things for my health and well-being. And I have a cup of tea. All these can be made from the five imagined elements: earth, air, water, fire, and ether. These imagined elements can tend to the soul and help to heal the body.
