QParks organises since 2012 Girls Coaching Sessions specialized for female riders. We invite Steffi Reicht, in charge for the GSS since 2019 and Miriam Pichler, a passionate rider and veteran at GSS. I talk from my personal experience as coach in the GSS sessions and we answer to: what coaching sessions are, how are they organised, what do they provide and why they might be something for you.
