When Angela heads off to study Spanish and sangría in Andalucía for three months,  Dawn moves into her vacant bedroom at home and takes over her belongings.  She also embarks on a new exercise régime.  

After a fall-out with her roommate, Angela moves into student halls and enjoys a hectic social life of parties and nightclubs. Meanwhile, Dawn is languishing at home with an embarrassing childhood illness, but recovers enough to go to a wild party and try a dangerous new sport. 

In this first episode, as Angela settles into student life, Dawn takes over her mundane Saturday job back home. Angela gets to grips with a new flatmate and Dawn grapples with a temperamental photocopier.
