Is your elevator pitch 25 minutes longer than the 10 minute pitch (or five mnutes) it should be? Are you speaking but not listening to your prospective clients? Every Business should have a time and action calender. As entrepreneurs we find ourselves overwhelmed with task/projects/to do lists and more. As we don't always outsource everything that we need for various reasons one reason lack of funds (or rather your allocating your funds to other areas of your business). I have the opportunity to speak to AJ Harbinger founder of "The Art of Charm".  We talk about how he stated out as a lawyer working in Wall Street and used his severance package to start his business "The Art of Charm".  Now i went into this thinking of his business as a similar business to that of "Hitch" the Will Smith movie about a guy seeking help in the dating world.  I was very wrong.
