Lesson 14 - "May I Take A Photo?"
In this episode of Short Japanese Lessons you will learn the correct expression in Japanese to ask if it's okay to take a photo.
In the practice conversation you are touring in Japan. You want to take a photo at a famous spot, but you're not sure if you're allowed to or not.
You: "Shashin, ii desuka" (May I take a photo?)
Attendant: "Ii desu yo. Doozo" (It's okay, please go ahead)
Or if photos are not allowed:
You: "Shashin, ii desuka" (May I take a photo?)
Attendant: "Sumimasen, dame desu" (I am sorry, but that's not allowed)
