In this episode, Ariy opens up about her Sunday experience and shares a light on an enlightening reflection she had. Ariy notes that it is not an easy thing to do but it is worth it in the end.She brings up Self-care, self-love, and other 'self-centered' words that corroborate being selfish. All of this ties into being grateful for what you have, where you have come from, and where you are.***CHALLENGE***As mentioned from what her class did, Ariy is challenging you to take 5 minutes each day, to write some things you are grateful for, or even make little notes throughout the day.
