No one can escape time, everything will become older even the most beautiful things, we are in a clock and we can't change time.  Shakespeare portraits many pictures of how eventually everything will decay and die nothing can always remain beautiful.

Hello! Our names are Cesareo and Patricio and we rapped Sonnet 41 by William Shakespeare. This sonnet talks about children and their love for women, how it takes time to really do it but shows how patience can lead to a greater life in the future especially in the aspect of love.

We rapped sonnet 7 by William Shakespeare.  In this sonnet, Shakespeare draws a simile between the rising and setting sun and youth and age.  He says that as the sun rises more people admire it but as it sets it is ignored and the rising stars of the night take the attention of becoming the new youth. He is saying that youth are the golden days of sunrise but as you get older you are closer to a sunset and your life and beautiful youth is ending.

We rapped to sonnet 79 by William Shakespeare.  This sonnet talks about how someone is in love and how important love can be in the good times and in the bad times.  Also it talks about how there can be a really deep admiration for someone when they are in love.

Paloma and Isabella aka Lil Paisa.  We rapped to Shakespeare's famous sonnet The First Sonnet in Romeo and Juliet: Prologue to Act I.  It means about how strong love is. It tells what people are willing to do from love. For example, even killing themselves. 

Hi, we are Natalia and Lore. We decided to rap sonnet 25.  This sonnet is about victory and winning. It describes how a person’s victory rises above their idols and wins fortunes. He talks about how the pride and glory a person carries will remain with them until death and how the honor and glory shall never disappear.

Our names are Sofia and Isa, we chose to rap sonnet 18 from Shakespeare. It is focused on the loveliness of a friend or lover. The speaker starts asking as question comparing them to a summer's day. Then he introduces the pros and cons of the weather, from an idyllic English summer's day to a dimmed sun and rough winds day. 

Our names are Freda and Regina, we chose sonnet number 6 by Shakespeare.  The sonnet we chose is about how summer is the most beautiful time of the year, and how winter is training to overcome summer and start winter.  Then it also tells us how having ten children will make every everything happy because ten more faces will see the view that is summer.

Hi, we are Diego and Teun. We rapped about sonnet 18 by William Shakespeare, this sonnet tells how he talks about his young years of leave, no-doubt and the eternal summer of youth. It also tells that the summer is too short so you do not need to lack but enjoy.  We made the beat by ourselves and we used a little bit of autotune to sound better because we can’t really rap.

The person or the protagonist (the one writing the poem), is writing to someone who seems to not enjoy music, despite the fact that his/her partner (the protagonist) loves him or her (probably her because Shakespeare is the one writing the poem) greatly. He moves on to talk about the actual music, which is teaching the loved one a lesson about love; alone, your existence won’t be fruitful. It could also mean that alone, their efforts wouldn’t have rippled as greatly as they would have with a partner, as women’s rights and freedom of thought were not very respected in that era (1500s). Our names are Regina and Eva, we chose to rap to sonnet 13 by Shakespeare. The sonnet talks about love for the beauty of youth. It talks about the self identity of this youth beauty and that it is so beautiful, that it should be passed on when she dies and borrowed by someone else. It talks about heritage and how it should be passed on for others to be able to experience what you have experienced with it. It also warns the youth, that he/she will lose beauty if he doesn't revitalize himself.

The meaning in the sonnet of chronicles, knights, and ladies, meaning that stereotypes of things happening long ago that define his love.

He talks about how she says she loves him but does not, and he is driven crazy by it.  He is also talking about that in his frenzy of madness, he may say mean things about her, or reveal the truth about her.

The theme of this sonnet is eternal love.  He compares summer to the person he was in love with, it basically says how summer doesn't last forever like his lover.
