EPISODE #27: A Term of Art
Holy crap!! Shadow Company comes at you with a wicked curve ball by deviating from the format of 2, 3 or 4 buttholes talking about movies and cop stuff to deliver something totally different. One butthole interview a rising horror film auteur. Thats right, John Matrix interviews Damien Leone, director of the fantastic All Hallows Eve and Frankenstein Vs. The Mummy!! We learn how Damien got started, back story about his films and we hear some tantalizing teasers about his new project TERRIFIER which will be Art the Clown's first original feature vehicle. This is a really interesting an fun interview, despite John Matrix being an awkward blockhead.

John Matrix and Mason Storm briefly discuss the superbowl and the power outage. And Ray Lewis. Who is totally NOT a murderer. Cough. Then they launch into a long ass discussion about favorite movies including listener/twitter follower Top 5 Movies of all time. They also discuss how fantastically homo-erotic the movie Top Gun is. Shirtless, flexing beach volleyball in blue jeans? Nope, not gay at all. Twenty scenes in a mens locker room? Also not gay at all. Come on guys!!! It's a great movie, it's just full of homo-erotic undertones. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

At the end of the podcast, John put Will's song One Man's Shame on instead of the usual theme music. Listen to it. Buy his music. That's a true talent. Singer, songwriter, guitarist, banjo master, with a voice full of pain and grit. Makes you wish you were a musician instead of a cop.
