Before you begin to sell your house, you need to decide if you want to sell it yourself, or get an agent to help you through the process.  I talk about the pros and cons of each choice and more importantly, how to pronounce "FSBO", for sale by owner.  Of course, you should just chose me as your agent, but I tell you the situation where you could do it yourself.
