Nedostatak vremena za sebe utiče na lične, profesionalne, porodične, roditeljske, emotivne,  psihološke, zdravstvene i sve druge moguće odnose.  Međutim, mi smo kao žene naučene da je naša osnovna uloga da brinemo o drugima. Mi nemamo pravo da mislimo na sebe, ili uradimo nešto za sebe, jer to čin koji je vrlo često podložan osudi u okruženju u kojem živimo. Kroz takvo odrastanje razvile smo osećaj krivice, tako da iako učinimo nešto za sebe, osećaj krivice nas izjeda iznutra  - kako sam mogla da potrošim taj novac na sebe, zašto sam se ovoliko dugo zadržala, bolje večeras da sam ostala kući... Ja sam se suočila sa svim tim situacijama. Zato vam u ovoj epizodi donosim 5 načina kako da brinete o sebi i samim tim postanete zadovoljna i srećna mama.  Ovih 5 načina možete promeniti zajedno, ali ako do sada niste brinule o sebi, izaberite samo 1.  Virtuelni svet je već duže vreme predmet mog interesovanja. Ne zbog toga što želim da pobegnem od realnosti.
