In the last episode, I talked about the steps to change. If you are listening to this one, I am sure you are ready to make a change. And if you are joining me for this first time, today, I am gonna talk about the different types of change that we need to be aware about so that the change we want becomes a little easier. There are 2 main types of change - internal and external. Internal change is all about making the change within, like the ones that help us be the better version of ourselves. Like starting to use positive words in our everyday lives. External change is the change that happens in my our surroundings like being a new place. When we look at making the internal change, it is important to know that it has further 3 types. Developmental change, a slow gradual process that goes on for a while, think of it as building, brick by brick, the building gets built. Second one is transitional change, that happens when we are moving away from who we were to who we want to be.
