The Whiskey: - Belvenie Doublewood 12YO We’ve spoken about planning many times before but in this episode we show a good example of a business that has lacked in planning and execution for many years now and has ended up in trouble. We also discuss the instability in the governement and the short term vision held by state and fedaral leaders that plays a role in small business and how the long term strategy will overcome the short sightedness of politics. We touch briefly on the differences between a board and committee and the imprtance of aligning a committee with a CEO and the values of the organisation becuase without an alignment accross all of those facets the ability to move forward effectively and successfully is significantly inhibited.
