On Tuesday, the Washington Governor’s Office, the Department of Health and the WIAA announced new return-to-action guidelines for high school sports, a much-awaited announcement that redefines how and when sports can return. The guidelines hinge on number of positive cases per 100,000 people and the positive test rate.
