Despite his current career, he had a career setback when he came to Australia due to a lack of English proficiency.   - メルボルン在住、大手人材紹介会社でビジネス・デベロップメント・マネージャーとして働く片田充さん。社内の幹部グループ、シニアリーダーシップチームの一員としても活躍している片田さんですが、オーストラリアに来た当初は英語に苦労し、ポジションも日本にいる時よりステップバックしたとのこと。現在の活躍に至るにはどのようにキャリア構築したのか、インタビューでお聞きしました。  

Kazuyoshi Takami came to Friday Island 49 years ago from Kumamoto prefecture in Japan and has been living there ever since. Fridays island is an almost uninhibited island with currently less than 20 people residing there. Mr.Takami gets electricity using generators and water from a well and water tanks. - 金曜島（Friday Island）に住み、真珠の養殖業を営む高見一吉さん。金曜島はクイーンズランド州の北端、ケープヨークから北のトレス海峡と呼ばれる海峡に点在する島のひとつです。　高見さんによりますと、金曜島は現在人口20人未満ということです。電気は発電機を動かし、水は井戸の水やタンクを使うそうです。
