Runners dont quit--and how fighters and other athletes can level up too.

Running is the single most important thing a fighter can do besides technical skills training. Ive coached too many fighters at every level of the sport of MMA to sit by and let fighters get in the cage without a regular running routine. Whether youre training for a fight or a flag football game, learn how running can help you level up your game. It may not be the perfect exercise for aerobic gains, it may be hard on your knees, and it sure as hell is boring (to me!), but it’s the best thing an athlete can implement into a training regiment. Have a listen.
