Our relationship to food and body
We start off by acknowledging the events that happened at the capital. At minute 6:45 we begin to address why we are talking about food. It was spurred upon Dezs' recent health visit. It brought up a lot of feelings for each of us like foods we ate out of necessity, foods that were prized like lunchables, gushers, fruit roll ups, and the marketing that takes place. It's all a bit much, but we are trying to find our inner peace with food, mind, and body. Special shout for our mother cooking up some delicious meals during these times.
