Allen Clarke is a former Ulster and Ireland international player. Following his playing career, Allen went straight into coaching with roles at Ulster and the Ireland Rugby Football Union. In 2017 Allen coached the Ospreys, initially as an assistant coach before taking over the head coach role for the 2018 season. "Too good to turn down" is how Clarke describes the opportunity at the Dallas Jackals and Major League Rugby.
