Welcome back to Round Table Movie Talk! This week we bring you Episode 44: Ultron and the No Good, Very Bad Age. Avengers officially kicks off the Summer at the Box Office and has already made $644M, worldwide, in 5 days. Newcomers Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, and the incomparable James Spader join the ranks in Marvel's money-machine for their latter part of Phase 2. In this episode, Adam and Jimmy have a SPOILER FREE discussion about Ryan Gosling's directorial debut LOST RIVER, something he called "Dark Goonies", and a lesser known German film, PHOENIX, a post-war Berlin lovers-betrayal story. As previously stated, these two films are spoiler free, but other films do get spoiled in the interim. Most recently, and last weeks episode, EX MACHINA, and some older ones like Sixth Sense, Usual Suspects, Harry Potter, and Se7en. With all this talk of spoilers, Jimmy and Adam create some rules and limitations on when you can spoil something and what you have to do if you ruin it for someone. Hitting 40 episodes is a pretty intense milestone, and with that we are offering up a pretty intense discussion over IT FOLLOWS. In all honesty, we probably give it more attention than it deserves, but the important parts we hit on are what the movie fails to say. Adam, Jim, and Michael talk heavily about the free love generation coming to a screaming halt with the AIDS epidemic, sex-positive and sex-negative films, the naivete of youth, despicable white knights, and a director with a glaringly clear fear of sex as a whole. Definitely one of the most realistic dramas we've seen to-date. LEVIATHAN's focus on politics, religion, corruption, and greed punch you in the face for two hours, but in a really refreshing way. So, grab a vodka and your smokes and join us for a discussion. NSFW/SPOILERS

What has talk about a dogman on space-rollerblades, a pathetic damsel in distress, pointless bees, and revised bets? This steaming pile of a movie that we chose to do our newest episode over. Here it is, Episode 32: JUPITER ASCENDING. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go see this movie. Don't waste your time on it. You aren't missing a thing. Just listen to this episode and you won't regret having spent 10-15 bucks on a ticket. Just sit back in your chair or on the couch, maybe while you're driving to work or riding the bus, and relax while we bitch and moan about this groaner of a film.
