Episode 28 – Darryl Merpaw ‘dcast – interview with Canadian independant film-maker
Hey gang, this interview has been sitting on the shelf for a few extra months due mostly to the tragic loss of our friend and co-host Nathan Brown. We recorded this only a few weeks before his death and if I'm being honest with you and myself, I just didn't have the nuggets to go into the editing cave to face listening to his voice for several hours. Ryan and I have have decided to release this as well as continue recording the show and find a new groove so, there's more to come. About the episode Darryl's been working on an ambitious horror anthology that I've watched a few scenes from and it's clear this is going to be great (please acknowledge how bold it is to publish a prediction on this medium). Anyhoo, as well as talking about Darryl's upcoming work, we discuss independent film-making in general. I feel like we could have spent hours continuing the conversation about this weird and interesting sub-culture we've become a part of. Enjoy! Episode 24 – Should ‘made’ celebrities be using crowd source funding communities like Kickstarter.com?
Dan Harmon, creator of the hilarious and clever NBC comedy 'Community' has recently partnered up oscar winning screenwriter Charlie Kaufman and are setting out to make a stop motion film funded by their fans via kickstarter.com. Kickstarter.com was until recently used almost exclusively by up-and-comers and anything but mainstream artists, with the inclusion of these hollywood big boys will this tip the scales away from artists who are actually in need? Well, listen to Chris, Ryan, Nathan and myself bitch about it for your answer. -Jesse Weekly Picks #

Hey guys, we had Simon back on the show again. He's been getting a lot of traction with his web series 'Felt Up' and this time it brought him to the Banff World Media Festival. I would write more, but unfortunately I have to race to the bathroom to get sick, you might as well just listen to the show.

Episode 22 – Rambles about our Edmonton produced short films, sketches & web series.
Hey gang, we've been out for a while, and I'll appologize in advance for making this episode all about us but, I think we're now up to speed and we should be done patting ourselves on the back before the next recording. Be sure to check out 'The People Who Touch Ryan Byrne' at NextFest this weekend. It's an entire hour of Ryan's projects and such. I believe he's doing a Question & Answer period so, I encourage you to come and ask him deep personal questions. For example you could ask "Hey Ryan, who do you feel about living with a crippling alcohol addiction?", "How drunk are you right now?" or "Why don't you just kill yourself?". Well, think about it, it should be fun. Episode 20 – Most pirated Films and TV shows of 2011… that plus Ryan’s new years resolution to become a loud mouth @%$hole
Hey gang, we're finally back for the new year, lost a good portion of my vocal chops over the holiday so it took a bit to get back up. This time around we open our gobs to talk about the most pirated tv and film titles of the past year. We were all actually surprised with the results, take a listen. Jesse NOTE: So, I went to the extra trouble of taping down and securing the horrible nest of wires that's involved in the recording process, used different software and and different hardware to connect all this jazz.... well the recording still went all cyborg a little after an hour so you'll notice a sharp change in the audio quality towards the end of the show. I apologize, our gear stinks.
