So this is a stable tie in to something that is very near and dear to my heart . Despite recent events in my life I have realized something that certain people want better for you life. The sooner you understand that the faster you can move on with them always being a part of it. Mentors will flip the scrip on the game you play. You just need to be cool enough to let them do it. 

This was a tag into the compounding effect/ formulae from 100 hours to 1000. Then it dives into the flinch and what it means to be effective on social media these days. Make the effort to surround yourself with better people period.
