This podcast is a report on my recent trip to West Africa and working with secret disciples.

There are many books and seminars on leadership.  However, a leader in Africa, Latin America or Asia may be different than leaders from the West.  Today's podcast is all about cross-cultural leadership.

There are approximately 400,000 full-time foreign missionaries (Catholic, Protestants), spanning the globe.  97% are working among people that have a significant Christian witness.  The flaw of the Excluded Middle in Christian work is that less than 3% (13,000 missionaries) are serving in a world where 3.6 billion people have never met a Christian. Using the tools of anthropology is not just for those working among tribals in Africa. This podcast is about how to exegete our community for effective church planting and outreach.
