And Nikki had some back up from her sister who gave her two cents on the topic. After the dust settled Doug introduced the classic album of the week, and discussed how Ne-Yo's Year of The Gentleman is an ode to  women. Plus he correlates the album with his recent break up and what he's looking for in a women.
