I have been on Facebook since around 2007 or 2008. Its almost like an addiction to check my news feed daily or multiple times a day. Often over that time I made it a priority to post videos and other content related to real estate and my life. But I am off Facebook. As we enter the 2nd half of the year there are different ways you can improve.  Chuck explains What #75Hard is and why he is doing in!  #75Hard has helped him drop 13+ pounds in about 1 months and he is mostly doing it to work on his mental toughness.  Real Estate has been good the last couple years, but its been a lot of work and going forward improved mental toughness could be very important as the market shifts a bit.
