He became accredited through the American Association of Private Lenders, and partnered with a friend to start a private lending company in NC -- called Oakwood Lending. Adam has built up a modest rental portfolio and is just now dipping his toes into the world of AirBnB. And now, in May of 2021, he is taking his biggest jump in real estate, and joining the BadAss podcast!
