Atit shares with us that he applied to Yale University after only reading that it’s acceptance rate was higher than Harvard’s, and ultimately attending the prestigious school without even visiting it once! Atit’s first real estate deal was in New York City with a family friend asking him to find, operate and sell an investment, with no experience to date.
