Things are different. But are they bad or could this be a blessing in disguise, giving us all a chance to reset and start a new kind of "normal"? We've been on autopilot for awhile—going through the motions in busy-mode and trying our best to do as much as we can in the time we have. And as a result, we've gotten away from what really matters. (We text instead of connect, we work instead of play, we sacrifice what we have because we're in such a hurry to achieve more).
