I WILL WIN - Motivational
I think that among the things that prevent us.. from acting is the fear of failure... and if you've already failed, you don't wanna fail again.. the pain of that.. The disappointment.. Many of us don't act because we want other people's approval We want everybody to like us and to accept us... We are settling for less than what we actually deserve... We don't feel good about it, but we make it work in our minds We will come up with some kind of excuse to make it alright. Most people like to feel like they are "King" in the area of their comfort zone. They only wanna do those things that they know how to do well.. So there are many reasons why we don't act. The other thing though that affect us is that - Not wanting to take personal responsibility.. We want somebody else to do it and that's not possible.. And when you go through life like that... something in you dies.. You need to start asking yourself some questions - What do I really really truly want? Don't wait around for things to be just right..

HUNTER MAAT: THE MIXED MENTAL ARTS CLUB
Hunter Maats co/host of The Bryan Callen Podcast. http://www.mixedmentalarts.club/ https://twitter.com/huntermaats Hunter and Bryan: As the sons of two Citibankers, Bryan and Hunter grew up all over the world. Moving between countries like Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Lebanon, Greece, Brazil and India before settling down in the US made it very clear to both of them that different cultures believe totally different things and yet each of them thinks they see the world as it truly is. While each culture they encountered found their own worldview satisfying, moving between different cultures left Hunter and Bryan dissatisfied with all of them and so, for their whole lives, they’ve been on a search for a worldview that was grounded in our shared humanity but that made sense of our cultural differences. After hundreds of interviews with many of the world's leading academics, they're piecing it all together into the most comprehensive worldview possible which they call Mixed Mental Arts. The Power of Agreeing With People You Disagree With: How "Yes, And..." WIM HOF aka The Ice Man - HOW TO CONTROL YOUR MIND AND BODY WITH
I've always been obsessed with the idea of gaining control over my mind and using it to influence my body. After seeing the VICE special on Wim Hof, I immediately started using his method to begin to control my breathing and my reaction to temperature extremes. I'm still nowhere near Wim Hof's ability to withstand swimming under polar ice or climbing Mt. Everest wearing nothing but shorts-- but I could feel a change happening within me and I knew I had to speak to him in person. Wim is really on to something here- unlocking the mind's potential to control bodily functions may sound like science fiction, but I think you'll change your mind after listening to this interview. Enjoy, and let's spread the message so more people can benefit from the Wim Hof Method! www.michaelandreula.com @michaelandreula
