What is the metric?
Jody Holland and Brett Beitlich discuss the benefits of using metric evaluations in business. Metrics allow you to make decisions rooted in logic rather than in emotion. They discuss what you lose in turnover costs and the metrics for evaluating that. If what you are doing as a leader is not accomplishing your goals, you need to reevaluate your tactics. You cannot do the same thing over and over and expect different results. If you measure the fundamentals, or the metrics, of what you're doing, the output takes care of itself. Consider this: If you never step back and evaluate whether or not what you are doing is actually getting you what you wanted, how will you know if it was worthwhile?  Valuable Resources: Facebook: www.facebook.com/thejodyholland                 Instagram: www.instagram.com/thejodyholland                 Website: https://www.jodyholland.com/leadnow --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/psycheofsuccess/support
