I am so excited to launch The ProZone Podcast!On today's show, I interview a registered dietitian, Marie MacGregor. Marie has over 15 years’ experience in both clinical and sports nutrition. She has been part of the well-known dietary practice Shelly Meltzer and Associates at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa since 2016 and works with athletes from many sports including rugby, swimming, track, tennis, boxing, cycling, running and rowing.
