This podcast took me a long time to make, it was a hard reality to accept but once I did it helped me learn a lot about myself. I started a hedge fund and it failed. It was an experience that I won't take back as the process helped me learn so much that has put me into the position I am in today.

On this episode I bring on Barry Zundel who founded TrapDoor Creative, a 3D interactive experience studio. Barry has worked in the 3D and animation industry for 20 years, including Disney, Pixar, and Nike. Throughout his time as a 3D artist he came to realize there was a big disconnect between having to render things. Conrad worked in this industry for 25 years, and at his most recent job Adobe for 10 years before quitting to start his own company. He gives a lot of insight into starting a software company and what it takes to get it off the ground. He talks about his decision to leave where he was comfortable because he knew he would regret it later on if someone created this product before him. A great guy and a great listen!

With the wedding dress side one of the most popular in the state, and the Salon side one of the fastest growing in the nation, I talk to her about how she started it all and what led her to where she is at today. She is the most amazing person you will ever meet and she also happens to be my wife!

This is the first episode of Quest for Dough! Where I will be following along people’s “Quest” to doing what they have always dreamed of doing. I will continue to interview them over the years to see how there journey is going and the experiences they have. This episode is with my good friend Michael Taylor, he has found his true passion in life which is helping people understand their WHY and finding their vision.
