In this episode of Pros and Joes, Frank tells his heroic tale of carrying a baby down 49 flights of stairs while his apartment building had an emergency evacuation.  We talk Bears and Frank makes his case as to why Khalil Mack should be the MVP this season and it's nof even close.  Alex thinks the sweater vest opens up a whole new world when it comes to getting women's attention on the weekends. In this episode of Pros and Joes, Frank fires back at his best friend Dan Dakich. Dan called Frank a “Twitter Funny Guy” and implied Frank cares about twitter more than his NBA career during broadcast of the Wisconsin/Virginia game. Sooo the drama continues with their feud stemming from a few years ago.We also talk Packers stinking up the joint and have our usual JoeDown. Alex talks about his new job which involves being a solicitor and how people treat solicitors very poorly. It's a sad story.  Enjoy the episode!!

On this weeks episode current Indiana Pacer and former college basketball player of the year Doug McDermott joins Frank and Dylan in Charlotte. He and Frank compare their college careers and we all debate who had a "better" college basketball career.   We relive some fun times when Doug was playing for the Bulls and we all lived in Chicago for a summer. Alex and For both cashed in this past weekend, which was a nice occurrence for them. Our JoeDown this week we debate who had a better actor career, Will Ferrell or Adam Sandler?   

In this episode Alex screws himself again. We discuss Le'Veon Bell being a no show on the season and costing himself millions of dollars, the Golden State Warriors drama and the average lifespan on people who have been 7 foot. Spoiler: they tend to die quicker than those who are not 7 foot. Enjoy!

On this episode we welcome on Dan Patrick. He talks about what it was like leaving ESPN to start his own show and what went into the decision to do so after having such a successful career there. Towards the end of the interview, Dan teaches Alex a harsh harsh lesson. Frank, Dylan and Dor not happy with Alex at all. You'll soon find out why.  Hue Jackson got the ax from the Browns which leads to our JoeDown of “who is the worst coach of all time.”  Frank is still on the UIR.

On this weeks episode we welcome on Defensive Cornerback for the Minnesota Vikings, Trae Waynes. He talks about the current NFL season, the toll it had on a players body and what it's like dealing with the new helmet to helmet penalties in the NFL.  The Bears' loss really stinks, Nebraska football is 0-6 for the first time in 129 years and the NBA season finally starts this week.  Alex finally finds a new job and now he's feeling confident. In our JoeDown he and Frank debate who is a better candidate as a husband for all the potential lucky women out there. Enjoy! 

In this episode we are joined by heavyweight champion Matt Mitrione prior to his upcoming fight in Bellator 207 on Oct 12th (buy buy buy). They talk Mcgregor/Khabib, what it's like to actually fight someone because none of them have, and get weird with the Meathead. He also shares with us a quick story about Drew Brees(his old college teammate at Purdue.) Alex has asbestos, Frank hasn't had a good dream in years, and Dor can't understand why Dylan and the guys like scary movies (he's scared of King Kong). The Crew talk about the Cubs awful turn of events to have to play in a wild card game. Alex & Dylan attend a wedding and get to see a Priest chase a guy all of the church. Is it unmanly to cry at a Wedding? The Bears are division leaders for the first time ever. In this episode Frank is in Chapel Hill, North Carolina for training camp awaiting his first pre-season game while the Joes are back in Chicago for the week. Frank talks about what the pre-season is like and what the feel is around the organization with a whole new coaching regime. We talk Tiger and Patriots. We discuss the possibilities of what may be going on internally with the Patriots that's making them play as poorly as they are. (Is Bill Belicheck texting Giselle begins Tom's back?) Our JoeDown this week was “What is the most unbreakable sports record?” 

We decided to make another episode this week after Alex's broken Mic ruined yesterday's episode. Frank continues his treacherous quest for love(it's getting ugly at this point.) A must see/hear train wreck. Frank and Dylan have a nice chat with Chris "Drama" Pfaff, the founder of the fashion brand "Young and Reckless" and co-star of reality TV show Fantasy Factor with Rob Dyrdek. Frank also makes a strong pitch to be in Space Jame 2. Let's make that happen!

he boys can't stop trying to help Frank in his seemingly impossible quest for TrueLoves first kiss. Any and all ideas they can think of are discussed. Alex had a date where they shared a chicken. Frank and Dylan also talk about the impending hurricane that's spiraling down on the East Coast. They decide to flee North Carolina for greener pastures in Nashville. And Dor recounts a particularly bad college hazing moment.

On this weeks episode the boys recount the Spanky spank that Aaron Rodgers and his big bazooka gave all of Bears fans in week 1 of the NFL season. They also talk about how Alex and Dor are far past their athletic prime after a game of football they played over the weekend. Frank talks about why he doesn't have a girlfriend, being that he's an NBA player with a decent chunk of change in his pocket at age 25. They get to the core of the person/player that he is right now behind the scenes.

On this episode we discuss our best and worst fantasy football stories and also talk about what makes fantasy football so great. We host a spelling bee for Average Alex in which is did not thrive during in any sense of the word. It was “embarrassing” (he spelled that word wrong) to say the least. We end with our #JoeDown and pick our busts and sleepers going into the fantasy football season. Frank also talks about how Kirk Cousins is the best player in the NFL.....
