His career started from a Cadet Engineer and transitioned through valuable experience in the trenches to obtain the title of Project Controls Supervisor. His comprehensive skills and leadership experience are proven on many projects.

Gord Aker is a professional engineer by training and an executive coach and leadership consultant committed to helping people discover, develop and deploy their inherent or innate leadership talent. She adds value to organizations by understanding where controls can improve ROI through business process transformations and through reduced overall costs by increasing controls over areas of expenditures.
