23 - Pro Cuddling in Thailand & Indonesia
This is the FREE version of episode 23 of Pro Cuddle Hustle Podcast. To listen to the HOUR LONG extended cut, please subscribe to my patreon. Tiers begin at 1 US Dollar a month. For this episode, I chose two Southeast Asian countries. I researched both professional cuddlers and cuddle parties in each country. As for Thailand, I came across one cuddle group in Bangkok and another one in Chiang Mai.I came across a new cuddle agency in Jakarta, Indonesia and discuss why some deem it controversial.I also felt the need to *content warning* discuss how the Aceh region (the only part in Indonesia that follows Sharia law) treats unmarried people who cuddle in public. Here is a map of Bali: https://bali.com/map/Click here for the outline of Episode 23My name is Felicity Azura. 22 - Pro Cuddling in Hawaii & New Zealand
For this episode, I chose to research what the cuddle industry is like in Oceania. The first half of this long episode is about two Polynesian countries. The second half is my boyfriend and I discussing the accessibility and societal reasons as to why cuddle therapy is not prominent in the Pacific. My boyfriend is Filipino and Chamorro. When I told him I was making an episode about the cuddle industry in Oceania, he said I would not find anything online. And sadly, he was 90% right. I found information on professional cuddling mostly in Hawaii and Aoteoroa/New Zealand.I found some profiles of New Zealand cuddler providers.  Unfortunately, there are no chapters of Cuddle Party in New Zealand.I discuss the cuddle agency, Aloha Cuddle Company, and a Cuddle Party chapter in Honolulu.Click here for the outline of this episode. There is one outtake from this episode available on patreon. We're changing things up a bit today. Instead of discussing professional cuddling, I'm answering frequently asked questions about being a podcast host. I came across most of these questions on the subreddit, r/podcastMy name is Felicity Azura. I’ve a professional cuddler since March 2018 and I'm the host of Pro Cuddle Hustle--the world's first and only podcast about professional cuddling.PCH is a passion project. 20 - Reviewing Cuddle Up
Cuddle Up is a cuddle website that is accessible internationally. The HQ of Cuddle Up is in Budapest, Hungary. My name is Felicity Azura. I’m a professional cuddler and the host of Pro Cuddle Hustle--the world's first and only podcast about professional cuddling. My podcast is a passion project. I never have sponsors. In this podcast episode I give a shoutout to Michelle Renee--who is a professional cuddler and a surrogate partner. I also ask, "What can people, who aren't staff members of cuddle companies, do to direct more traffic to cuddle websites?"I complain about how tiktok portrays professional cuddling as a side hustle (listen to Episode 14), and complain about how true crime fans are desensitized to women being killed. I end the episode with an announcement: I'm having an emergency surgery. My arm surgery was catalyzed by the overturning of Roe V Wade.Click here for the outline of this episode!I recently surpassed over a thousand total listens of Pro Cuddle Hustle! 17 - The Intersection of Polyamory and Sex Work
The intersection of polyamory and sex work on Pro Cuddle Hustle Podcast. My name is Felicity Azura. I’m a professional cuddler and the host of the podcast, Pro Cuddle Hustle. If you’re new here, welcome! Did you find out about me through Candy Girl Podcast or Stripped by Sia? Either way, I’m happy you’re here. My podcast is a passion project. I never have sponsors. I knew I was polyamorous when I was sixteen years old. I found out about polyamory when I was even younger. I recently came out as polyamorous to my family. My new boyfriend is Filipino and Chamorro, meaning he’s indigenous to the Pacific Island of Guam*. We discussed the following articles: “Sex work while polyamorous: possessiveness, sex bureaucracy, and perception of risk” PolyLand “Experiences with sex work and polyamory” Guts Magazine “How to be a supportive partner to a sex worker” We Are Curious Foxes “Sex work, polyamory, and philosophy: an essay” Mona Notte I’m on True Tea Podcast's episode on unicorn hunters!  Shrimp Teeth (one of my favourite polyamory blogs) on sex work  Polyamorous relationships are legally supported in Massachusettes  My email address is felicityazura@gmail.com Follow Pro Cuddle Hustle Facebook // Twitter // Instagram (inactive) // Linktree  *We're gonna be in Guam during the first two weeks of May. 16 - Cuddle Connect Review
Cuddle Connect is a platform I used from Spring to Summer in 2021. It went under months ago and I doubt it will get rebooted. The world needs historians who will document the professional cuddling industry. That's why this podcast exists. My name is Felicity Azura and I welcome all returning listeners. You don't need to listen to all my episodes chronologically, but I number every episode for your convenience. My supporters on patreon get to listen to every episode ahead of the rest of the world. 15 - Screening and Fake Profiles
Vetting (n). The process of thoroughly investigating an individual before making a decision to go forward. A background check is an example of a vetting process for a potential client. Once vetted, a well-informed decision can be made. Professional cuddlers should vet clients for their own safety. Vetting is a form of harm reduction.Cuddle websites are highly unlikely to screen clients for you, not even verify that all users are at least 18 years old. There are plenty of websites that will verify all users are at least 18 years old, but they contain much plagiarism. Unfortunately, catfishing could happen on cuddle websites. That being said, a pro cuddler showing up to cuddle appointments NOT dressed to the nines--despite having professional photos online--ISN'T catfishing. Independent pros can either screen their clients themselves or outsource that labour. I've only used cuddle websites that allowed me to accept payment in person, as opposed to mandating that the transaction occur on the respective website. Plenty of pros mandate deposits. Sometimes it's a flat fee and other times it's a percentage. A deposit is usually part of the entire cuddle price. I'm sure for most, pro cuddlers rarely refund deposits. Deposits can be done electronically or via cash. Many cuddle professionals have a premade google form. Make your life easier and others' lives easier by earnestly filling out the mandatory form. When I revisit this topic, I'd like to have another professional cuddler on the podcast to share their perspective. Here is the outline of this episode  As for tips, I accept venmo, cash app, googlepay, and e-giftcards.If you live outside of the US, my starsavn tip jar is an option. My official website is felicityazura.com Facebook // Twitter // Instagram // Youtube This episode is not sponsored, but Pro Cuddle Hustle is open to sponsors! 14 - Side Hustle Culture
Happy Easter to all who celebrate! You might have discovered the concept of professional cuddling through "side hustle blogs". I overall don't like the culture surrounding "side jobs". In the United States, especially in California, gig workers are treated awfully. Because of capitalism, it's becoming harder every year to be self-sustaining off of one source of income. One way I believe people have internalized capitalism is the 24/7 grind mindset. It's unhealthy. No one should be addicted to working. This article from Entrepeneur hits every nail on the head. My main gripe with rise and grind culture is that it portrays side hustles as easy ways to make tons of money quick. I don't believe there is such a thing. Here are all the source citations for this episode. And all 17 platforms where you can listen to Pro Cuddle HustleAs for tips, I accept venmo, cash app, googlepay, and e-giftcards.If you live outside of the US, my starsavn tip jar is an option. My official website is felicityazura.com Facebook // Twitter // Instagram // Youtube This episode is not sponsored, but Pro Cuddle Hustle is open to sponsors! 13 - Incalls, Outcalls, or Both
Both terms you should know if you're going to join a cuddling website.I will do an entire episode on language, but incall and outcall should be the first terms you learn. Incall means you go wherever your professional tells you to go Outcall means you go wherever your client tells you to go Some people use these terms to mean 'Your home or their home' even though that's not always the case. I personally don't use these terms, but it's still important to know the definitions. Also bear in mind that I consider hotels "neutral ground", unlike many other individuals. Some individuals don't like rendezvous-ing at hotels because there is a sexual connotation. In my defense, professional cuddlers work hard to normalize nonsexual intimacy. This morning, I woke up to great news: Pro Cuddle Hustle finally surpassed 250 downloads!! I'm eternally grateful. And shoutout to the 7 people who have already listened to my minisode yesterday.By the way, I recently joined the new social media app Clapper. Who should I follow there? Clapper is like tiktok but it's actually accepting of adult entertainers. Clapper allows for any user to livestream and has a "radio" feature. Basically every app has or will eventually rip-off Clubhouse. I'm hesitant to use the Radio feature because it's not accessible (that's why I'll never join Clubhouse). I want my content to be accessible to everyone--regardless of ability/body type. It's 2021 and there should be software to make social media easier for people who are deaf/hard-of-hearing.Per usual, there transcript of this episode can be found on my Patreon.Follow PCH! 12.5 - I'm back!
As I recorded my mini-episode, it's my Spring Break! So in January, I found out that Livit (and its competitor, BIGO) are scams.....and my macbook broke. On the bright side, I moved out of my parent’s house and I have a lenovo legion! I'm still learning how to use software like Gimp and audacity. I also started volunteering with Rad Mission Neighbors.  In February, I got a home pole and gave out custom made Valentine's Day cards to sworkers. In March, I adopted my first cat! She's perfect.  Bay Area Workers Support (another organization I volunteer for) released an acclaimed 15-page PDF file. I've gushed about this on patreon already. I’m on the front page of the Covid Harm Reduction Guidelines! I've already recorded myself reading the whole document in English. I'm in the midst of translating the document into Chinese so I can later record myself reading it in Mandarin and Cantonese. Please contact BAWS if you can translate it in another language (like Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, etc.) I'm currently designing custom Mother’s day cards for sworking mamas.  I'm returning to my old flame--the lyra hoop (my comfort aerial apparatus). I went to a BDSM dungeon for the first time!!  I'm on the fence about cuddling people in rental spaces from vrbo and peerspace. I’m vaccinated! Did I mention I'm now on cuddle connect? Yup, I'm professional cuddling again!!! By the way, I’m pursuing professional photography and I’ve scouted stripe clubs to audition at later.Support the show

12 - 2020 Reflection & 2021 Goals
How was your beginning of the new year? Mine's was good, thanks for asking. For starters, I passed my first Winter Intermission class and I moved out of my parent's house. I applied to several vanilla jobs (didn't hear back from any).  I'm currently taking 15 units of college courses. I'm volunteering more often (and not just being a social media manager!). I'm cooking multiple times a day now since I have greater control over what I eat. I can lounge in my living room naked, and practice shibari on myself or my man. Life has been great so far.Last but not least, my official website launches TODAY!!!felicityazura.comI hope you enjoy this podcast episode, I seldom upload episodes where I barely mention professional cuddling.By the way, fancentro is beta testing a livestream section. I plan on livestreaming there and would love it if you heard me speak live on all things professional cuddling (once I finalize the dates and times).I'm also considering doing patreon-exclusive livestreams via youtube. Which patrons would be interested in that?Per usual, there transcript of this episode can be found on my Patreon.Follow PCH! 11 - Payment Methods & What NOT To Say
Happy New Year! Many professional cuddlers are only taking electronic payments to reduce to the spread of coronavirus (and other infections). Some pros are selling skype appointments in place of cuddling in person. Therefore, I made a spreadsheet with over 30 different payment methods, plenty of which operate in all 6 continents. In addition, I made an account on the official Cuddle Connect app. The registration process was interesting and I even made a twitter thread about it.I was inspired by Carmen Santos to make a 'What NOT to say during an appointment' list...professional cuddler edition.Last but not least, I recently got banned by the livestreaming app LIVIT so expect an upcoming episode to spill all the beans. Per usual, there transcript of this episode can be found on my Patreon.Support the show

This was recorded over the span of 5 days, beginning on December 17 (International Day to End Violence Against Sex Workers) and finishing on December 22 (two days after the Instagram boycott). Normally, minisodes are patreon exlusives (referred to as "Post-Hustle Pod) but this emergency episode had to be publicly accessible.Felicity delves deep into how frustration and patience can coexist, why the Instgram boycott and other forms of silent protest are significant, and how online sworkers can overcome structural setbacks.Follow PCH! 8 - Company Branding and Review Culture
Let's chat about why I don't accept reviews for in-person services. I briefly bring up which social media platforms different cuddle companies are on. I explain why branding online is important now more than ever. I answer even more questions from AMA's such as:1. What is the demand for professional cuddlers? 2. What is a good amount of customers? 3. Are people influenced by their partners to pursue professional cuddling? 4. What is your income?
